Please read the following before proceeding to the next page.

STEP 1: Graduation Ceremony Fee Payment

Graduates are required to complete their payment for the Graduation Ceremony prior to gown collection. Settlement of payment is to be made with the University.
Creative District will not be able to issue the graduation gown until the above mentioned payment has been completed.

STEP 2: Online Registration for Gown Collection

Please complete this online registration form for gown rental.
You will recieve an auto-generated email once the online registration form has been successfully submitted.

STEP 3: Email Verification

You are required to verify the automated email sent to your inbox.
If you have not recieved any confirmation email after submitting the online registration form, please reach out to Creative District via WhatsApp.

STEP 5: Collection, Fitting, Payment and Return of Gown

Gown Collection:

Graduates are strongly encouraged to collect their gowns in person.
This is to ensure a proper fit, and sizing inaccuracies can be rectified on the spot. Any sizing changes required after collection will be subject to an additional charge of S$20 for cleaning and sanitisation.

Gown Return:

Please bring the issued receipt when returning the gown. If an individual is returning the gown on behalf of the graduate, an authorisation form is required. These documents are required to collect the refundable deposit.

Rental / Purchase of Gown:

All rental and/or purchase of gowns are to be made at Creative District Pte Ltd.
Creative District requires 2-3 weeks from the graduation date to prepare the gown for purchase (subject to availability).

Note: Additional Inclusion of professional resume photo

Each graduate are entitled to one professional resume photo (2R digital copy). Photos will be taken during gown collection and emailed individually to each graduate.

Part 2 - Academic Gown Rental
PLEASE NOTE:

Base on Booking, Cancellation, Alteration appointment:

1) If you are unable to select a certain date or time, it means that slot is already booked.

2) Please note that rescheduled appointments (changed date and/or time) will be treated as walk-ins. Please note that a longer waiting time is expected for walk-in collection.

3) Reminder :
Cash payment is preferred. Do note that an additional charge of S$5.00 will be applied to NETS or credit card payments per transaction.

Please note that group bookings are highly discouraged to prevent overcrowding in the studio space.

Gown Collection Time
Please note that group booking is not encouraged especially due to the current COVID-19 situation. Do also check your email/junk mail within 5 workings day to confirm the time slot availability. You may contact us 5 days later if you do not receive a reply.

*UPDATE AS OF 5.9.2022: THE DATES ON 13TH SEPT, 14TH SEPT, 15TH SEPT AND 16TH SEPT ARE ALL FULLY BOOKED. Any changes in date or timing will be considered as walk-in. Please note that the waiting time for walk-in collection might be long as we will serve those who have already scheduled and pre-arranged their appointment date and timing with us. Students who could not adhere to the dates given, please choose the special request option and email us at enquiry@creativedistrict.com.sg with flight ticket details. We will prepare the academic dress accordingly and it can be collected on Graduation Day at the convocation venue (Overseas Students only).
Please remember to choose your preferred date and time for gown collection. Please note that date and time slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Part 3 - Gown Return
Gown Return Date - 22nd - 24th September 2025*
LATE RETURNS: Gowns must be returned by 24th Sept 2025. A surcharge of $50.00 per day will be applied for late returns. Stage photos will be available for collection starting 22nd Sept 2025, from 2:00 PM onwards.
To extend your gown rental, kindly specify the number of extra days needed in the box below. Please note that there will be additional charges for extensions.
(The fee for extending gown hire is $25.00 per day. You can either pre-book now or inform us during gown collection.)
Other related information regarding graduation gowns:

1. In the event where the graduation ceremony is cancelled or postponed due to tightened Singapore Government Safe Management Measure for COVID-19, gowns that were rented out will need to be returned WITHIN 2 days from announcement.
1. The refundable deposit will be forfeited if you fail to return the gown WITHIN 2 days.
2. Do note legal action will be taken for unreturned gowns.
2. Gown return options (only during COVID-19 heightened up scenarios):
1. Return by yourself or authorise a family member to return on behalf.
2. Arrange a courier service on your own accord and inform us the estimated time of delivery.
3. If you prefer us to arrange a courier service for you, the chargeable fee is S$30 within office hours. There will be additional $10 charge if to arrange after office hours.
3. Purchasing of gowns is available during and after graduation period but is subjected to availability (Advance booking required).
Authorization letters for collection or return on behalf of graduates:

1. An authorisation letter written and signed by the graduate is required if another individual is collecting or returning the gown on the graduates' behalf.

Creative District will not be able to issue the gown or return the refundable deposit without the authorisation letter.

Graduands are encouraged to collect their gowns in person for a better fit. Any sizing inaccuracies can be addressed at the studio. Please be aware of an additional S$20 charge for dry cleaning and sanitization of collected gowns.

I confirm that I have reviewed the arrangements for Coventry University Graduation Class of 2025 and Portrait Photography. I have also been advised to reach out to the relevant departments with any questions or concerns regarding these matters.No refundable policy for all promotional packages selected. I acknowledge that the order above has been confirmed, and as no cancellations are permitted, we will proceed with booking the photographers and arranging the gown usage accordingly.

I hereby declare that above information are correct.I understand that all graduands must be dressed in their full academic regalia, provided by the appointed gown maker, before they can be registered for entry.I understand PSB Academy has appointed Creative District as the official studio for the Graduation Ceremony. As the official Academic producer, it is mandatory to rent the designated academic gowns and sashes from the appointed vendor for participation in the graduation ceremony. Graduands will be stopped from going up on stage if the academic dress is not appropriate and produced by our official maker/producer.I am aware that photographs and videos will be taken throughout the event for news and various publicity purposes.No external photographer is allowed in the hall.I am aware that packages above are based on promotion price at a limited time period and there is no cancellation upon signing up.We accept CASH payments only. For transactions made using NETS or CREDIT CARD, there will be an additional charge of S$5.00 per transaction.
Terms and Conditions for Gown Rental:

1. You are required to return items in good condition within the due date stated on the receipt. Failure to do so will mean forfeiting your deposit. Deposit will be forfeited if the gown is not returned. Please note that this is the property of Creative District, and legal action will be taken for any unreturned gown.

2. You will be charged for the value of any academic dress not returned and will be liable for debt collection costs. An academic dress set (or any of its components) is considered as good condition if it satisfies the following: (a) No cuttings/alterations of any kinds on any components of the academic dress set (b) No burns, tears, rips and run in fabric or holes on velvet or satin (c) No scotch-tape marks, discolourations or irremovable stains (d) No damage on mortar board or missing buttons/tassel.

3. You are required to collect the gown in person for fitting. Academic dress can be returned by another party with written consent from hirer or graduate together with Creative Distrcit invoice (CP).

4. All academic gowns have been sanitised. Only 1 time change is allowed for fitting.

5. We will provide you with a sanitizer during your gown return so that you can sanitise the full academic gown, gown bag and drop into a box.
