Anyone who submits a form should be aware that in accordance with the North Carolina Public Records law, found in North Carolina General Statutes Chapter 132, their e-mail address is considered public record.

The following documents must be provided in order to successfully complete this form. Submittals must include appropriate fire permit application and requirements (no exceptions).

Next Steps for completing Fire Permit Application

Go to the Fire Permit Plan Review website
Click the applicable fire permit application link to download the document.
Open the document and complete the permit application document and then SAVE the document.
Next, you will need to merge all documents (permit application, plans, supplemental documents, etc) into one single document.
When steps 1-4 are complete, you will return to this online form to submit the single Fire Permit Application document you prepared in step 4.
