Weekly, you will receive a report via email listing purchases and the coinciding contact information to help you fulfill the gift card/certificate order. The report will include the following:
- Purchaser Name, Address, Email address and Phone Number
- Dollar amounts of purchases & matching funds
You are responsible for contacting the customer to arrange for pickup or delivery of purchased gift card/certificate. Upon their completed purchase, customers will receive a receipt that includes a message advising them that your business will contact them with instructions on how to collect their gift card/certificate. You may arrange for alternate delivery methods at your own discretion. Mailing gift cards/certificates is a safe, easy, and encouraged option. If you decide mailing is the way to go for your business, please still contact the customer so that they are aware and know what to expect.
We recommend that businesses do not bypass CDC, KDHE, or GCHD recommendations or mandates in order to fulfill customer orders.
