I hereby state that the information set forth in this application is true and complete and grant permission for Tammany on the Ponds LLC, DelMarr, Stone Ridge Meadows, Tammany Hills, and Geert D Mulder & Sons or its' agents to verify the references given and run a credit and/or criminal investigation. Failure to complete the application in its' entirety can result in delay in review and/or outright rejection.
I understand that this application is subject to acceptance or rejection. An incomplete application could result in delay in approval /denial.
An application fee of $50.00/per person is non-refundable and collected prior to the review of this application. Arrange to mail and/or drop off fee at the appropriate leasing office and/or confirm that you authorize Mulder Management to charge your credit card or debit card for the amount of the application fee. If accepted, a holding deposit in the amount of the security deposit will be collected to reserve a specific apartment for a limited number of days and will be credited as part of the move in costs. If a lease is not executed following the acceptance of this application, NO MONIES will be refunded.
If accepted, I agree to live in the above-named residence. I will abide by the stipulations of my Lease.
