    APPLICANT REPRESENTS AND WARRANTS THAT ALL OF THE ABOVE STATEMENTS ARE TRUE AND COMPLETE AND HERE- WITH AUTHORIZES VERIFICATION OF ABOVE INFORMATION, REFERENCES, AND CREDIT RECORDS. (a) Notwithstanding anything herein or otherwise to the contrary, Applicant hereby permits and authorizes the Landlord and its affiliates and other related parties (i) to send fax notices, advertisements and solicitations and any other com- munications by fax machine to the fax machine(s) with the fax number(s), and to Applicant and the person or persons and the entity or entities at the fax number(s), that Applicant has provided or will provide to the Landlord or its affiliates or related parties; (ii) to make telephone and text solicitations and other calls and messages to Applicant, and to the person or persons and the entity or entities, at the telephone and text number or numbers that Applicant has provided or will provide to the Landlord or its affiliates or related parties and (iii) to send e-mail notices, advertisements and solicitations and other types of e-mails to Applicant, and to the person or persons and the entity or entities, at the e-mail address or addresses that Applicant has provided or will provide to the Landlord or its affiliates or related parties. Applicant hereby certifies, represents and warrants to the Landlord and its affiliates or related parties that Applicant is the recipient who will be receiving such communications, telephone calls, text messages and e-mails and/or that Applicant is authorized by the recipient or recipients to grant the above authorizations. Without limiting any of the foregoing and notwithstanding anything herein or otherwise to the contrary, Applicant hereby authorizes Landlord and its affiliates and related par- ties to provide Applicant with notices and communications by any customary or reasonable method of providing notice or communication, which methods include without limitation by e-mail sent to the e-mail address, or by text messages to any phone number or fax sent to any fax machine, for Applicant as provided in any way or as Applicant will provide to the Landord or its affiliates or other related parties in any way.
