Please note our insurance policy only covers items packed by our staff members. If customers choose to pack their own items, they must ensure they are packed correctly and take out additional insurance cover with their home insurance if they require cover. It's our policy to ensure all furniture is protected prior to transport. This includes shrink wrapping and bubble wrapping items such as chests of drawers, fridge/freezers, dining tables and chairs etc. The customer can do this prior to our teams arrival, or we can do this for you.
