If customers choose to pack their own items, they must ensure they are packed correctly and take out additional insurance cover with their home insurance if they require cover. It's our policy to ensure all furniture is protected prior to transport. This includes shrink wrapping and bubble wrapping items such as chests of drawers, fridge/freezers, dining tables and chairs etc. The customer can do this prior to our teams arrival, or we can do this for you. Please see our FAQ's for advice on protecting furniture

Please list all the items that you are moving from inside your property.

Make a heading from each room (i.e. Lounge, Bedroom 1 etc.) and make a list of what is coming out of each room. Please indicate any special items we need to be aware of such as very heavy, fragile, antique etc. These include items such as pianos, grandfather clocks, fish tanks, large vases and so on.

Please list any items that are to be moved outside of your house.

For example, outdoor furniture, pot plants, tools and other items from garages, sheds etc.
