    Should you be interested in visiting this unit to see the look and feel of it, we would be happy to set up an in-person tour for you upon completion of the following questions for review. 

    • DETAILED INFO FOR THIS TOWNHOUSE ARE AS FOLLOWS:

    ACCEPTABLE RENTAL TERM: 1 Year

    UTILITY FEES COVERED BY RENT: Water, Snow Clearing of main parking areas. 

    TENANT RESPONSIBILITY: Tenant is solely responsible for Electricity, Trash Pick up Compliance, and Internet/Cable, Snow clearing of their front step/walkway. 

    APARTMENT AMENITIES: Heat Pump / Air Conditioning, In-House Laundry, Assigned Parking (2 Spots).

    PET POLICY: One pet may be considered but not promised. Will require an additional pet deposit. 

    MONTHLY RENTAL FEE: Unfurnished Unit = 1800 per month. 

    REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT: 50% of Monthly Rental amount. (Refundable dependant on condition report when departing the rental).
