  • How Are You...Really?

    Session One
  • Would you welcome a chance to share your responses – concerns, activities, sadness, or moments of resilience – to the multiple challenges that Covid19 is bringing to our lives?

The Center for Biography and Social Art- is offering small group conversations on Zoom, facilitated by biography workers.  You will be guided through simple biography exercises for personal reflection. As we speak out of our own experiences and listen carefully to others, we can practice building strength and support in these challenging days.

  • Details

  • Each two hour session (with time for a break) will take place using ZOOM. A link will be sent upon receiving your registration.

Please be prepared with: blank paper, marker or dark pen, colored pencils, tissues and an open heart.

Please help us set up a warm and welcoming space in which to come together by following these guidelines:

    • Be sure that you are in a room where you will not be interrupted.
    • Please turn off your phones and turn off any access, visual or otherwise, to emails and text messages.
    • Refrain from eating in the circle. Water and tea are of course fine.
    • Be present as fully as possible. This is a new way of communicating for many. Resist distractions!
    • Observe confidentiality. Trust is created when we hold each story with reverence.
    • Share only what feels right for you.
    • Take care of your needs in this virtual circle.

'Know that it’s possible to leave the circle with whatever it was that you needed when you arrived. Know that the seeds planted here can keep growing in the days ahead.'
