Do you understand that if you are outside the Texas location of the animal that you are responsible for driving the entire length for pickup? For example, if you are adopting an animal in Dallas and you are in Houston, you are responsible for driving ALL the way to the animal

Do you acknowledge that if the animal you are adopting is located in your city, you are responsible for driving to the foster location for pickup unless otherwise specified by the rescue representative?

In the event that something happens to you as an adopter that results in your death, do you have arrangements in place or the ability to make arrangements for your pet(s)?

Our rescue is AGAINST cat declaw, cropping ears, and/or docking tails. By applying for adoption, you are agreeing that you will not have any cosmetic surgery performed on the pet.
