Payment Terms, Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk and Release
Participants must remit full payment along with a completed application in order to secure a spot in Eagle Watch U-10 Program. Checks must be made payable to Ripoll-Brenot Tennis Management LLC. By signing below I agree that I am the parent or legal guardian of the named participant, and that we will abide by all rules and regulations which now exist or which may be hereafter adopted or amended by Ripoll-Brenot Tennis Management LLC (“EAGLE WATCH TENNIS”). I further acknowledge and agree that there are certain inherent dangers in playing tennis and that Ripoll-Brenot Tennis Management LLC shall not be liable for any personal injuries, property damage, or other loss sustained by me and/or the named participant in, on or about the premises of EAGLE WATCH TENNIS CENTER, or arising out of the use of any facilities, equipment or other property of EAGLE WATCH TENNIS CENTER. In case of accident or injury to the named participant and if an emergency contact person cannot be reached, I grant Ripoll-Brenot Tennis Management LLC permission to obtain medical attention if necessary, for which I will be financially responsible. Ripoll-Brenot Tennis Management LLC reserves the right to close courts for repair or alterations, and reserves the right to cancel this contract at any time, at its sole discretion. I understand and agree that Ripoll-Brenot Tennis Management LLC retains the rights to any photographs or video taken of me/us and/or the named participant at EAGLE WATCH facilities or at off-site EAGLE WATCH programs or events, to be used for EAGLE WATCH TENNIS publicity, marketing, social media and advertising.
Junior Program Cancellation Policy
By enrolling in the Eagle Watch Tennis Junior Program, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Recurring Monthly Invoices
• Program fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis, starting from the date of your initial registration.
• Invoices are issued on the first day of each month and cover that month’s training sessions.
2. Cancellation Notice
• To cancel your enrollment, you must provide written notice at least 15 days before the next billing cycle.
• For example, to avoid being charged for the following month, cancellation must be received by the 15th of the current month.
3. Method of Cancellation
• Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to director@eaglewatchtennis.com
• Verbal cancellations to coaching staff will not be accepted.
4. Late Cancellations
• If cancellation notice is received less than 15 days before the next billing date, you will be charged for the upcoming month, and your enrollment will end the month after.
5. No Refunds for Missed Sessions
• Fees are non-refundable for missed classes, regardless of attendance, unless the program is canceled by Eagle Watch Tennis.
