Pinellas County Council PTA/PTSA - 2020
The purpose of this award is to recognize the best PTA/PTSA newsletter/e-newsletter published by our local units. To qualify, a local unit must complete the top of this form and submit two newsletters from the current school year by the deadline date. Newsletters will be judged on the criteria listed below.

Application Guidelines
Submit 2 copies of newsletters/e-newsletters. Only applications submitted by a local PTA/PTSA in good standing will be judged. -Masthead (mandatory): School name and date, Name of newsletter and local unit in title or masthead , Volume and issue numbero, Names of editor, principal, local unit presidento Use of PTA logo - PTA/PTSA Content: Message from your local unit president (prior to principal’s message), Include at least one message from school Personnel0, Calendar of events, including PTA/PTSA meetings or workshops, Current projects, Report on PTA/PTSA membership, General PTA/PTSA information from state, national or council, Include how to submit articles or information to newsletter -Layout and Designo: Eye catching; broken up with white space and images, Organized -Legibility: Clean copy, No blurs
Additional Support Material - If available, you may attach any materials that support your application such as photos, articles, flyers, letters of appreciation, media releases, program materials, and articles submitted to your local unit newsletter and the PCCPTA newsletter, or other relevant materials.
