This agreement constitutes permission to enter above address and perform duties as outlined in the Client and relevant Pet Information Sheet, Service Agreement and Veterinarian Release.

Adored Pet Services by this agreement will provide: Overnight Care in Clients Home, On Leash Walks, Off Leash Walks, Pet Visits and Potty Breaks.

Any changes to this agreement must be done so in writing or they will be null and void. Adored Pet Services has the right to make any changes to this agreement at will and without notice. With any changes, a new agreement will be presented before any new services are rendered.

Policies and Procedures

The client agrees to the following:

1. Liability Policies:
a. The Client (including the Client's successors, heirs, administrators, personal representatives, estate trustees and assigns) in consideration of the mutual covenants herein, the sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby releases and forever discharges Adored Pet Services (including all related and affiliated corporations, and each of their respective directors, officers, agents, servants and employees) of and from any and all actions, causes of action, suits, proceedings, claims, damages, grievances, costs, and liabilities and demands of any nature and kind whatsoever, and howsoever arising, whether in law or in equity or otherwise, whether express or implied and whether presently known or unknown, which the Client ever had, now has or may hereafter have against the Adored Pet Services, or any of them, for, or by reason of, or in any way arising out of Adored Pet Service's provision of services pursuant to this agreement.
b. Adored Pet Services shall not be held responsible for pet(s) that bite, suffer an accidental death or escape from faulty fencing or from inside the home due to faulty screens, doors, etc.
c. Adored Pet Services shall not be held responsible for any complications pet(s) may suffer or actions of pet(s) while they are unattended.
d. Adored Pet Services or its employees shall not be held responsible for the loss, injury, death, fines or actions of any pet(s) that the client has let outside or has instructed Adored Pet Services to allow outside while Adored Pet Services is not there. This includes pets with doggie doors and outdoor pets. Adored Pet Services reserves the right to move an outdoor pet to shelter in the event of extreme temperatures/weather. Adored Pet Services is not responsible for damages/costs involved with this move.
e. The client understands that all pet(s) (where appropriate) must have a veterinarian and must be up to date on recommended vaccines. Client agrees to reimburse Adored Pet Services for all costs (including, but not limited to, medical care and lost wages) associated with contracting any ailments while exposed to pet(s).
f. Adored Pet Services will not sit for acutely ill animals or those with uncontrolled medical conditions. We suggest the pet(s) be boarded with a vet.
g. Adored Pet Services does accept reactive and fearful animals for on leash walks. Client agrees to be responsible for all costs (including, but not limited to, medical care, attorney fees, etc.) if client’s pet(s) should bite another person or animal.
h. Adored Pet Services will not walk pet(s) on choke chains, prong collars or shock collars. These tools pose a high risk of injury or behaviour problems. Flat collar or harness will be used. All pet(s) must be walked on a leash, as per the City of Calgary Bylaws
i. Client agrees that any behavioural issues the pet(s) may have, have been clearly communicated to Laura Long/Adored Pet Services and understands that if your pet causes injury to another animal while in our care, you the owner are responsible to pay for any injury caused, Adored Pet Services is not responsible for veterinary bills or attorney fees should this arrise. 
j. Adored Pet Services does not diagnose, prognose, or make therapy decisions, nor does it offer veterinary services. Any veterinary/medical concerns will be referred to a veterinarian. Clients have made Laura Long/Adored Pet Services aware of any illness/disease pet(s) may have.
k. Client authorizes Adored Pet Services to obtain the services of a locksmith should a key/garage opener malfunction. Client is responsible for all charges.
l. Client is responsible for making arrangements for snow removal. Adored Pet Services does not provide snow removal services and will not be held liable if someone falls and/or injures themselves due to snow covered driveways and walkways surrounding the property.
m. Adored Pet Services cannot be responsible for your pet or home if another service provider, friend or family member enters your property while we are not there.
n. Clients consent to entry into home for purposes of carrying out agreement.
o. Client agrees that any pictures, audio or videos taken by Laura Long or her employees are the property of Adored Pet Services and can be used for but not limited to Marketing and promotion of Adored Pet Services.
p. Adored Pet Services is not responsible for damage your pet does to your home. This includes inside the home and on the outside of the property. 
2. Cancellation Policy: Adored Pet Services reserves the right to deny service or terminate service if job differs from original consult or if job poses safety concerns, financial concerns, or inappropriate or uncomfortable situations. If the services are cancelled upon arrival to your home, you will be responsible for the full service cost, if services are cancelled within 24 hours of the service you will not be charged, if we receive less than 24 hours notice it will be half the service cost charged to you. 
3. Bad Cheque Policy: Client agrees to pay a $50 fee on all returned cheques. All fees are due promptly and must be paid via interact email money transfer or cash only.
4. Emergencies: Client agrees to authorize Adored Pet Services to handle any emergencies that may arise. Adored Pet Services will make every effort to contact client, however client gives Adored Pet Services authority to act in the pet’s/home’s best interest.
5. Payment Arrangement: Payment is due upon issue of invoice after services are rendered. This also includes additional unforeseen visits or other costs (such as food, supplies, extra services etc.),
