If you are unable to attend the HCOA business meeting, you may delegate the right to vote on your behalf to another HCOA Member who will be present at the meeting.

Rules 1. Voting is restricted to HCOA Members in good standing (current on payment

of the annual association dues 2. Voting is limited to one vote per Lot. 3. In the case of dual or multiple party ownership of a particular Lot, only one vote per lot may be cast. The Lot ownership must decide amongst themselves who shall represent the group as a designated voter. 4. Voting by Proxy requires the completion of this form and presentation of the form to the Board of Trustees at the start of the HCOA business meeting.
