Out of Area Registration

Out of Area patients cannot request

home visits from the practice

If you are moving outside the practice boundary, you can apply to be registered as an Out of Area patient. Patients who are likely to need home visits will not be accepted for Out of Area Registration. Please be aware that Harborne Medical has the right to remove you from the practice list and request that you register with another GP surgery, if your care needs become such that it is clinically unsafe or inappropriate for you to remain an Out of Area patient. Any decision of this nature would be discussed with you prior to giving you notice.
