Girl Scout Camp Request for Use

Important Notes:

Your camp request must be made 4 weeks prior to your arrival date.

Please do not submit a request for more than 4 months out from today's date.

All dates are considered pending until all payments and required paperwork are submitted and approved.

All requests are reviewed by the Site Managers and dates are granted on a first come, first serve basis. Depending on the group size and areas reserved, there may be additional volunteers or groups on site at the same time. These decisions will be up to the GSLPG Camp Site Manager's discretion.

Camp Wawbansee is currently conducting a large-scale lumber harvesting project. This may affect the availability and safety of some of or all of the campsite. Depending on the location and timing of your reservation, we may have to postpone OR cancel it for risk management reasons. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you during your planning process.

Camp Fees:

Camp User Fee: $5 per person per visit

Reservation Fee:

Small Groups (2-19): $10
Mid-Size Group (20-50): $20
Large Group (50+): $30

Camp Bon Temps Rental Fees:

Kitchen: $15 per visit
Lodge/Activity Area: $15 per visit

Camp Wawbansee Rental Fees: *

Dining Hall/Activity Area: $15 per visit
Kitchen: $15 per visit
Troop House: $15 per visit

Reservation fee due during booking and the remaining balance due 15 days prior to arrival date. Please see our website for additional information.
