Property Release Form
The septic tank/aerobic system is usually installed during the house construction; therefore, the tank is installed before improvements are made to the property. Since the tank should be pumped and cleaned on a regular basis, it is important that there are no obstructions that prevent a maintenance company for access the septic tank. There should be no sprinkler lines, electrical lines, cable lines, etc. in the vicinity of the tank. There should be no landscaping, shrubbery, flowerbeds, trees, gardens, etc. over the tank. Decks, patios, pool patios, room additions, storage units, houses, sidewalks, driveways, curbs, etc. should not be built over any portion of the system.

Therefore, this release form is required to be signed by the responsible party for the condition of the property and authorizes Van Delden Wastewater Systems, though its employees or agents, entry onto the property whose address appears below. The signing of this form includes entry of Van Delden Wastewater Systems vehicle onto any driveways on the said property. The signing of this form also releases Van Delden Wastewater Systems and its parties from liability for damages to any improvements on the said property, including any underground utilities of any type.
