Refund/Credit Policy
All tournament entries are complete once the event fee and/or gate fee has been paid.
- Teams withdrawing from an event by the end of the day on the SUNDAY, prior to the start date of an event, will receive 100% credit.
- Teams withdrawing from an event after SUNDAY, but by 12pm on the MONDAY prior to an event, will receive 50% credit.
- Teams withdrawing from an event after 12pm on the MONDAY prior to an event, for any reason, are not eligible for a credit or refund.
- Teams in divisions that do not make will receive 100% credit.
Credits can ONLY be used toward another TSB tournament.
Credit card processing fees are fees paid to the cc processor and are NOT eligible for credit or refund.
Weather Cancellations:
If an event is canceled due to weather, teams will be eligible for the following credit:
-0 games started: 100% credit
-1 game started: 50% credit
-2 games started: 0% credit
Cancellations due to Force Majeure and Governmental Actions:
Any event that is canceled due to the closing of a facility due to governmental actions prompted by a pandemic, epidemic, act of war, police action, or Act of God will be available for credit but may be delayed by BUSA Events LLC ability to operate.
Online Payment Fee:
When paying with a credit card or debit card, there will be a 4% processing fee. The fee is not refundable and not able to be applied as a credit. The processing fee is a convenience fee paid to the credit card processor.
You can mail or drop off a check to avoid the cc processing fee. Please call the office when you mail a check so we can confirm your entry. Do not leave a voicemail or email this information. You must contact and speak with us directly.
Refund Requests:
All refunds must be initiated by the customer by completing a Refund Request Form. A credit will remain on your account until we receive a refund request to start the refund process.
All refunds will incur a $65 administrative fee.
(Effective 01/01/2025, TSB refund administrative fee will increase to $65 per refund processed.)
