1. Include any necessary documentation, maps, etc relevant to the application.
2. Sketch plan attached of the area proposed to be rezoned, drawn to approximate scale and showing:
- The boundaries and dimensions of the tract to be rezoned
- The outline of existing and proposed buildings and structures.
- The size and location of off-street parking lots.
- They type of surfacing proposed for said lots.
- The plan of structures and the driveway(s) for ingress and egress.
- All abutting property owners (within a 300-foot radius of the subject property.)
