Use this form to make a payment toward the 2021 CRHS Band trip to Orlando.
Online payments can be made by Credit Card, Debit Card, or PayPal account.
• Sept 11: deadline to withdraw for 100% refund
• Sept 12 – Dec 11: $100 cancellation penalty
• After Dec 12: file claim with CFAR insurance for 75% refund

$100 of the Initial deposit is non-refundable after September 11.
All payments are non-refundable after December 11, 2020 as we are using these deposits to make scheduled payments and contracted commitments with our travel supplier. Cancellations after this date may file a claim with the CFAR insurance to recover 75%.
