An invoice will be emailed to you. You are not considererd "signed up" for the course until payment is received. Classes are filled on a first come first serve basis. Refunds will not be given after the first nigh of class. If you miss a class, call and we will be glad to explain what was taught but make up classes are not available.

In consideration to the acceptance of my application, I hearby waive and release My Dog's Place llc, of 7 Capital Dr East lyme or 50 Taugwonk Spur Rd Stonington, and any trainers teaching at My Dog's Place or any employee, member or agent associated wtih them responsible for injury to persons (myself, family or guests) property or my dog while at class and on the prmises of My Dog's Place llc.
