  • About this form

    This form is to be used to obtain design approval from the Weemala at the Lake Design Review Panel (DRP) for any development within the Weemala at the Lake Development. By the contract of sale, you must submit this application and obtain design approval prior to lodging a Complying Development Application or a Development Application with Lake Macquarie City Council.

    All designers architects and home builders should be aware of the 'Weemala at the Lake - Building Design Guidelines'. Compliance with the guidelines will ensure that the resulting development can be endorsed by the DRP.

    As the developer, Greencapital Group does not warrant that Council will approve or refuse any house plan, even if the DRP approves your design.

    You should also be aware of the covenants on the title of your land as these may also affect your design.

    Please note that the typical assessment time frame is 7 business days.
