Thanks for letting us know that you need to cancel your classes with us.
For our team to begin to process this for you, we ask that you please complete the subscription change form in your Juni portal by following the steps below:
Login to https://app.junilearning.com and click on Settings -> My Account in the top right corner
on the My Account page, find the subscription you'd like to cancel and select "manage my account".
Please note, your cancellation request can take up to 3 business days to reflect in your account once submitted and you will receive a confirmation email from us once the cancellation is fully processed.
