You understand and acknowledge, on behalf of your group, the risks associated with participating in this event; including the risk associated with the coronavirus Covid-19 and variants. You have read and understand the agreement policy regarding payments, changes, cancellations, and postponements.
Program Changes: Any changes to group size, program date/time, program details or program location is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Program Venue: Any charges resulting from venue location will be the responsibility of the client. Program location in remote areas may be subject to additional charges.
Weather: Outdoor programs will be executed in all weather conditions; no refunds due provided to weather. Weather back up plan available for select programs when requested 24 hours prior.
Waiver Form: All participants may be asked to sign a waiver of liability in order to take part in this program.
Media: Outback Team Building and Training retains the right to use any photos, videos, testimonials, or details from your event as promotional materials on our website or social media channels unless otherwise agreed upon.
Third Parties: Should this Program be cancelled for any reason, Outback Team Building & Training will not be held responsible for third-party costs incurred for related expenses such as transportation, accommodations, etc.
