Welcome to Oxford Elementary School!

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic Oxford Elementary School will be conducting Kindergarten pre-registration online. Please note additional enrollment forms may be required at a later time.

The following information is required for kindergarten pre-registration:
- The child must be five years of age on or before September 1, 2020.
- The child's proof of age: official birth certificate or other documentation with child's birtdate.
- Parenting Plans: due to divorce, guardianship, or court order
- Alabama Immunization (Shot) Record- This may be obtained from the child's medical provider or the county health department.
- Social Security Number (voluntary)- Disclosure of your child's social security number (SSN) is voluntary. If you elect not to provide a SSN, a temporary identification number will be generated and used instead. Your child's SSN is being requested for use in conjunction with enrollment in school as provided in AL Admin. Code290-3-1.02(2)(b)(2). It will be used as a means of identification in the statewide student management system.
- Two Proofs of Residency : ( Child must reside in Oxford Elementary School Zone)
1.) Recent power bill with address

2.) Copy of mortgage or lease agreement

This application must be completed by custodial parent/legal guardian
