Due to the recent COVID-19 pandemic, I will be implementing new measures to ensure the maximum care and safety of all parties attending photography sessions.

I will be following government guidelines for hands on/close quarters posing and safe working environments until further notice.

Please take a moment to read the guidelines below to learn more.

Studio Policies

-All props, blankets, clothing, etc. will be sanitized before and after every session. These measures were already in place, but more detailed attention will be given to sanitizing the entire studio between sessions.

-No shoes will be allowed upon studio entry, please leave them at the door.

-You will be asked to immediately wash or sanitze your hands upon entering the studio and hand sanitizer will be readily available when you need it.

-I will be wearing a face mask for the duration of the session. I will have additional masks available (when possible).

-Only immediate family members will be allowed to attend sessions until further notice.

- To start out only a parent/guardian and the child being photographed will be allowed in the studio. Eventually I will allow siblings in, however they can only be brought in for the sibling portion of the session and will then need to leave the studio following their part of the session.

What you should do

-Limit visitor interaction until after your scheduled appointment takes place. (this is especially important for newborn sessions.)

-Cancel your appointment for a later date if you have any of these symptoms: cough, fever, dizziness, loss of taste or smell, fatigue not caused by lack of sleep or breathing difficulty.

-Please bring your own mask to wear. If parent images are included in your package, you will be able to remove the mask for that portion of the session but then must put it back on.

-If you or someone in your home is sick you must reschedule. If you arrive sick, the session will be canceled and rescheduled.

I understand the COVID-19 virus has a long incubation period during which carriers of the virus may not show any signs or symptoms and still be highly contagious. I understand Jessica Martorana, photographer at Aj Nick Photography, will take all precautions suggested with COVID-19 prevention but it is impossible to determine who has it and who does not given the current limitations in virus testing.

I understand that should I be diagnosed to be COVID-19 positive within 14 days following my session with Aj Nick Photography, I will contact Aj Nick Photography to let them know of my positive diagnosis.

I release Aj Nick Photography from any and all liability associated with receiving a COVID-19 positive diagnosis following our session.

Should I present with any of these symptoms, 14 days prior, up to the day of my scheduled session, I will contact Aj Nick Photography to reschedule my session.

I understand that Aj Nick Photography reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any session at any point in time due to COVID-19 implemented regulations, health concerns, possible exposure, or arising symptoms of COVID-19, and is not liable for any costs accrued by the client (i.e. hair appointments, cakes, balloons, etc) in association with my session.
