I understand and accept that:

I am purchasing the PLAN IT Session offered by Sarah Williams of Lingley Editing Services LLC/Lingley Services to outline a plan of action for the completion of my project, the on-boarding process, and the scope of the Package I decide to purchase.

The PLAN IT Session is for one hour and I am required to pay the fee of $150.00 prior to scheduling our call.

The PLAN IT Session is to aid in the success of my project and Sarah Williams of Lingley Editing Services LLC/Lingley Services will not provide mental health coaching, and does not replace a medical specialist.

I understand that my e-signature below will act as my signature on this form and that it indicates that I have read, understand, and am in agreement with all of the above participation and financial statements of understanding.
