Will you be able to supply a store key?
Delivery instructions (Key must be provided or access to safe delivery location organised). Please assist with any delivery instructions (loading dock times/open gate/back entry door etc). Deliveries are made anywhere between 11:00pm - 7:00am (may differ on busier days) and we are unable to gaurentee delivery times. We request key access or a safe location to deliver your stock between these hours.
*Please Note: Unfortunately if we are unable to have safe access to your store, we are unable to deliver our goods. We aim to supply our products to you in the safest way possible. As our delivery schedule is different each day, we cannot guarantee delivery to your store at a set time each morning. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause.

TERMS OF AGREEMENT 1. I/We (the Guarantor) understand that the terms of payment are strictly payment upon order. 2. I/We the Guarantor) agree AB Novak Group Pty Ltd T/A BadBoyBakehouse reserves the right to charge late payment fee of 2% on any bounced and therefore outstanding balance per week from the date it becomes overdue until paid. 3. I/We the Guarantor) agree AB Novak Group Pty Ltd T/A BadBoyBakehouse reserves the right to withhold supply of further product dispatches until payment is received in full and account is brought up-to-date. 4. I/We (the Guarantor) represents and warrants to AB Novak Group Pty Ltd T/A BadBoyBakehouse that the information contained herein is true and correct to best of its knowledge5. I/We (the Guarantor), the above also agree to personally guarantee in full the immediate payment of debt incurred in the event of default by the applicant(s)/company. 6. I/We (the Guarantor) agree to pay to AB Novak Group Pty Ltd T/A BadBoyBakehouse’s costs and disbursements incurred in recovering monies bound and protected by this deed, including debt recovery agency fees and legal costs on an indemnity basis. 7. I/We (the Guarantor) acknowledge having read and agreed to the terms and conditions stated herein. 8. I (the Guarantor) confirm that I am an authorised signatory in relation to this contract.
When your online account is set up in Ordermentum, you will be prompted to add your payment details (credit card or direct debit) in to the system. Payment Authorisation & Transaction Fee Acknowledgement: When your online account is created in Ordermentum, you will be prompted to enter your payment details (credit card or direct debit). These details will be securely stored and used to process payments for all orders placed with Bad Boy Bakehouse. By providing your payment details, you authorise A B Novak Group Pty Ltd (trading as Bad Boy Bakehouse) and our nominated payment service provider to debit your nominated card or bank account for the value of your orders, including the following transaction fees: Direct Debit: 0.5%, Visa & Mastercard: 1.6%, American Express (AMEX): 2.0%. These fees reflect our actual cost of acceptance, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Failure to enter valid payment details will regrettably mean we are unable to supply our goods. By signing this form, you acknowledge and agree to these charges, including the applicable transaction fees, and authorise us to process payments accordingly.
