  • We require a $50 non-refundable deposit to book an appointment. Please check your email within 1-2 business days to pay your invoice and to confirm your appointment.

  • For event, celebrity, set work, etc, prices start at 350-650 depending on service and vary based on availibility and location. There will be a 20% on last minute appointments and those starting at 5pm or later.

    TRAVEL FEES
    A travel fee will be applied if traveling time exceeds 30 minutes outside of 37203 (Downtown Nashville):

     

    30 mins outside of 37203 = additional +$65

    45+ mins outside of 37203 = additional +95

    1 hour outside of 37203 = +100

    More than an hour +150

     

     

    • Paid parking will be added to your total of services.
    • There will be a $100 charge for (each) client(s)who want to have their services done outdoors--this cost is to cover our products that do not do well in heat/cold/humidity
    • Please visit nashvillenailco.com to review our travel fees to your area if there is one
    • For parties of 4 or more, a 20% gratuity will automatically be added to the total of service provided
    • Credit cards, venmo, zelle, check, etc are all accepted forms of payment
    • Any payment that is not received on the same day as the appointment will be charged a daily late fee of $3 (per late day)
    • All card transactions will have a 3.7% fee
    • Please be cognizant of your nail technician’s time. She is on a tight schedule and will only be able to perform the service you scheduled in advance. If you change to a lesser priced service during your appointment, you will be charged for the original service as pricing is based on the time booked
    • All appointments and communication MUST go through NASHVILLE NAIL CO. Management at 615.305.8773.

    • Any appointment that is made before 10AM & after 5:30PM will be charged an additional flat fee of $50
  • CANCELLATION POLICY

    We have a 24-hour cancellation policy window and you will be charged the full price of the service plus 20% for gratuity for a no-show or cancellation within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.

    • Your technician will make a concerted effort to reach you upon arrival. If after two call attempts & one text message we are unable to reach you, you will be considered a no-show and be charged for your service + 20% gratuity.
    • If you are not ready for the arrival of your technician and she has to begin your service later than your scheduled appointment time, she may need to cut out a few steps or adjust your service to fit the timeframe available. You will still be required to pay the original service booked
    • If your technician is running late, she will notify you 15-30 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to let you know
