By submitting this application, your are agreeing to the following terms:
- If the cat or kitten is adopted before spay or neuter, you agree to submit proof of surgery within 2 months OR allow our rescue to transport to surgery on our next monthly spay/neuter trip.
- You will comply with West Virginia laws regarding vaccines.
- You WILL NOT declaw the cat or kitten.
- You WILL NOT surrender the cat or kitten to a shelter, rescue, or third party. If circumstances require rehoming, you will return the cat or kitten to GG Furry Purrs of WV.
- If there are medical issues with your cat or kitten, and you require financial assistance, please contact our rescue. We will always work toward the best interest of the pet.
