Are all logs signed by Master & Duty officers?Check the Alignment of Gyro Repeaters including the Bridge wing repeaters, Centreline repeater, RADAR, ECDIS SAT-C repeaters, etc.Is the GMDSS station "unmanned" in the GMDSS logbook?AIS status changed to "Moored"?Navtex and Sat C on & monitored?Check the Garbage Bins for proper SegregationMaster Pilot Info exchange carried outPilot card / Deck log/ Movement book/ Arrival Departure checklists filled properly.Course recorder - Date/Time Noted on the Crs Rec paper [Especially at Finished with engines]Echo Sounder printer Off.Date/time of Echo Sounder Start/ Stop (Finished with Engine) Noted on printer paper (if applicable).Arrival Charts closely checked: Correct Position plotting interval, PI, NO GO, Wheel Over point? Give it one final check before leaving the Bridge.Bollard Pulls of Tugs stated on the Pilot card?Mooring Diagram in the Pilot card?Name of Pilots noted?Bridge external doors shut and locked as required following the SSP?Radars on Stand By (S-Band and X-Band)Is only ONE Steering Motor kept ON?No expired pyrotechnics.Dimmers from various equipment to be put off.Ensure that housekeeping is proper.ECDIS and e-NPs corrected to latest week and correction log upto date?ECDIS must be kept ON.BNWAS off and logged by the master; Lock must be with Master?Passage plan ticked off?Gyro repeaters on bridge wings and Magnetic Compass on the Monkey Island to be covered.Fire Alarm - No zones isolated?If bunkering, is Bravo Flag / Red Dangerous-Cargo Light put up?Any lights or Flags required by Local Regulations (eg.3 Green lights on crossing Spore TSS) Switched off. or kept On, as necessary.If required by Company SMS or Master Discretion: Fire Alarm Delay OFF Before Unmanning Bridge.All Navigational Lights Off?Berthing plan drawn and available (Often kept with the Pilot card).Paper charts [If applicable]: Corrections NTM updated and positions checked. D./Off should not erase the previous positions & passage plan.

Confirm the following :

Are the anchors lashed If required by the port.Are the Anchor flukes touching ship side and there is NO twist in the cable?Confirm the Scuppers are Shut.Hawse pipe covers in place for ISPS purposes.Drain Plugs for all Savealls and driptrays are IN.Bosun store/Paint Locker (if applicable) or any other space forward must be inspected internally for proper housekeeping.Confirm that the Moorings are deployed properly. Not more that one layer on the split drum and number of turns as recommended by the Ship's Line Management Plan. [Confirm with Chief Officer how many turns are required]Confirm that the winches are out of gear and Winch pins in place.Any Soft ropes made fast first with 2 turns on the bits and then figure of eight. No soft ropes are made fast on the warping drum.Brakes tight and the lead of the lines satisfactory?Confirm all ISPS Seals or locks in place as required.Rat Guards in place on mooring lines.Fire Wire rigged properly as required by the port, hanging above the water level?
