Yoga is a powerful practice for alleviating stress and anxiety, especially as they arise in our uncertain times. You will learn breath practices and yoga poses that help to change your emotions, and then you will rest in a soothing deep relaxation to calm and quiet your mind. Appropriate for all levels of practitioners, beginners welcome. Please *bring* a mat, two blocks (or thick books), and two blankets.
