  • NB: Please note that in the event of an emergency the parents/guardians will be contacted first. In evident inability to reach parents or guardians, the emergency contact (s) will be called.

  • ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION

    To complete the registration process you must submit the following documents  for the child to the school:

    • Birth certificate (2 copies with original)
    • Immunization card pages 14 & 15 (2 copies with original)
    • Last school report/any Ministry of Education exam results for children grade 2-6 (1 copy)
    • Parent/guardian ID (2 copies of with original)
    • Passport size photographs (2 copies no older than 6 months)
    • National Student Registration System (NSRS) card for grades 2-6 (2 copies with original)
       

    NB: Duplicate copies are only required for grade one students

    If a name change has taken place through adoption or deed poll, please take documents to show same.

  • NB: Once you have completed the registration form please visit the school on a Monday or Wednesday between the hours of 10:00am & 12:00pm to collect vouchers to make payment.
