This registration form can be utilized for registering a single participant for a single Yoga 4 Classrooms workshop or training using a Purchase Order. If you are using a credit card for payment, please do not use this form - return to the relevant course/training product page and register directly through the website.

Please complete all relevant fields and upload your purchase order where requested. Please note that registrations are not final until registration and the related purchase order have been received. The billing contact will then be invoiced via email.
