Summer Camp 2022 Registration Form

  • Additional Shirts can be purchased for a $10 fee, all fees will be withdrawn from your FACTS account. Additional Shirts are optional, as one shirt is provided, but students must wear camp shirts on all off-campus events.

  • Rates

    Days may be changed after registration. Payments will be charged to your FACTS account the Friday before the camp week begins. Family Registration fee is $75, and will be billed on 5/15/25. If enrolling after this date, the registration fee will be processed shortly after completing this form. We realize that summer is a busy time, however, if you need to make changes to your child’s scheduled attendance please put the days changed in writing, at least one week prior, and drop it in the SAC drop box located in the SAC Office. Changes that are given without at least one week's notice will incur a $25 change fee.

  • Full Time - (Monday - Friday - 7:30 am - 5:30 pm)   -  $260 Per Week (Includes Field Trips)

    Daily Rate (7:30 am - 5:30 pm)  - $60 Per Day

    Half-Day Rate (7:30 am - 12 pm) (12 pm - 5:30 pm ) -  $40 Per Day

    Field Trip Fee ( Thursday ) - $95 

    Field Trips require a 2-week notice to attend.

    Drop-In Rate (7:30 am - 5:30 pm)  -  $85 Per Day

    Drop-In Rate applies when less than 5 business days' notice has been given before signing up.

  • Tuition:

    I agree to pay all tuition and fees required in accordance with the Tuition Policy. Tuition is charged through our FACTS Tuition system. Fees will be charged to your account on the Friday before your child's attendance. A late fee of $25 will apply to all late payments. Please acknowledge and authorize Christ Lutheran Church and School to allow this withdrawal from your FACTS Tuition account.

  • Summer Camp Late Fees

    Late Pick Up Fees: There is a late pick-up fee of $1.00 per minute per child past 5:30pm, unlimited. This fee will be added to your FACTs Account.

  • Discipline

    Should there be a behavior/discipline problem with your child during the summer camp program you may be called to pick up your child immediately at the discretion of the SAC Supervisor. If a child continues to have a behavior/discipline problem, he/she may be removed from the summer camp program at the discretion of the SAC Supervisor.

  • Summer Camp Terms & Conditions

    • Summer Camp rates are based on how many days your child(ren) will be attending.
    • There is NO guarantee of program availability for Summer Camp.
    • MUST have a Valid FACTS Account set up prior to attending.
    • All charges will be taken from your FACTS account, and any credits will be applied only to Summer Camp charges.
    • Summer Camp is billed weekly to your FACTS Tuition account the Friday before each camp week.
    • There will be a $75 non-refundable registration fee per family.
    • Any changes / modifications to your Summer Camp schedule will result in a $25 fee per week.
    • All late payments / insufficient funds will result in a $25 fee.
    • We need a full weeks notice to be charged the Daily Rate amount, less than a weeks notice is considered Drop In Care, and will be charged the Drop In Care rate.
    • Field Trips MUST be scheduled a FULL 2 weeks advance notice. ((If you do not sign up in advance we will have SAC Staff present here on campus and your child(ren) can remain here on campus if you are need of care on that day.))
    • It is of high importance that your child (ren) be picked up at the end of the day by 5:30 pm. Please call/text the MAIN SAC Office line at (949)763-0006 if you will be arriving late to pick up your child. Late fees of $1.00 per minute will be incurred per child, and will be billed to your FACTS account.
    • Registration will remain open, as we understand the summer schedule is constantly changing.

  • Statement of Consent & Waiver

  • I hereby agree and declare that I am the legal parent/guardian of the child being registered for Christ Lutheran Summer Camp and hereby consent to the child's participation in the activities that are described to me in the registration process. I understand that activities of the kind described may result in physical injury to my child but nonetheless specifically request that he or she be allowed to participate in those activities.  I release Christ Lutheran school and its employees from any liability for any injury sustained while off campus grounds attending authorized field trips.

    If the above-named child requires any emergency medical treatment or procedures during the activities, I hereby consent to the activity supervisor(s) to make any decision and take any action to arrange for such procedures or treatments at the discretion of the activity supervisor(s). 

    I, the parent/guardian, hereby agree and declare that I have carefully read and understand the scope of the summer camp activities and I consent to the participation of the registered child to these activities.

    I, the parent/guardian, understand that there may be times when my child will be taken off campus for field trips. I hereby give Christ Lutheran and its employees permission to take my child off campus either by bus transportation (seat belts included, no car seat necessary) or school van. I understand that if my child needs a car seat with the school’s van, I am to provide one.
