Introduction:

Financial Resuscitation with Ruthy’s financial coaching is designed to ensure that clients and the coach are accountable for their own decisions and actions.  Both the client and coach are responsible for showing up for client’s meetings unless there are unforeseen extenuating circumstances. Coaching is a service designed to understand a client’s uniquely personal financial situation, provide information and wisdom to assist with the client's individual financial situation and provide the client with support and a plan to improve the client's financial situation.  Clients are also expected to do their recommended homework prior to coaching sessions or to reschedule their coaching session if they are unable to complete their homework. 

Disclaimer:

Clients are directly and solely responsible for the amount of money they earn and spend when implementing advice from Financial Resuscitation with Ruthy. There is no guarantee that following recommendations set forth from the coach will lead to increased income but does increase the possibility of potential increased income.

Payment:

Payments to Financial Resuscitation with Ruthy are expected prior to Coaching sessions. Coaching sessions will be cancelled unless the payment is received in full prior to each session. Payments can be made via E-money transfer to Ruthysiemens@gmail.com

 
Cancellation/Rescheduling policy:

Clients must give at least 48 hours notice before cancelling or rescheduling their coaching session otherwise, clients will be charged an additional $50/cancellation if there is less than 48 hours notice, unless there are unforeseen extenuating circumstances that the coach deems acceptable for rescheduling. Scheduling sessions and attending sessions with your homework completed is a vital component of the coaching process towards a client achieving success.

Clients Responsibility:

Financial Resuscitation with Ruthy provides an individual’s personalized recommendation and homework. However, in order to get the full benefit of the coaching session, clients are responsible for showing up to coaching sessions on time, being honest with the information that they provide and completing their homework. Clients are also responsible for bringing a positive attitude to ensure successful coaching sessions.

Confidentiality:

All information that clients provide about their personal information and finances will be kept confidential. This information will not be shared with other parties for the purpose of sales.  Clients are responsible for not sharing forms or specific recommendations from the coach to others because these forms may not apply to another individual’s personal financial situation and could potentially be misused.

Termination:

Occurs when clients are no longer able to participate in the coaching process or when the coach and clients agree that services are no longer required. The Coach also reserves the right to terminate coaching if the relationship becomes toxic and non-workable. There will be no refund to that coaching session if this is the case. The coach may recommend other referrals to assist a client to be more successful such as a qualified counsellor, realtor, lawyer or financial adviser.  

Indemnity / Limitation of Liability:

Financial Resuscitation with Ruthy is not responsible for any incidents that occur to the client’s personal finances and only makes general recommendations about investing and does not sell any individual investment products, insurance products or otherwise. Clients are solely responsible for their own personal finances and the decisions surrounding those. The coach has no access to the clients' finances.
