Please remember that one image must be the front of the building for MLS compliance. Should you have a plan that is limited to 6 images, we will use the first 6 images in the order sent. Please specify Photo Order. Prior to uploading, please name your photo files according to the preferred photo order ( Example : photo1.jpg, photo2.jpg, etc.). In our experience, sending photo descriptions to specify an order leaves room for error ( is that a living room or a family room? ), and is time-consuming for both of us. DO NOT upload any photos from the internet, a previous listing or images that were not not taken by you. Such images may be deemed copyrighted. Any copyrighted images are a violation and carry heavy penalties.

Copyright Infringements may carry heavy fines. By submitting, I hold the Listing Brokerage, The MLS/MLO and any affiliates harmless.
