    We are the consortium of the EU funded project Technology-enhanced Career Management Skills for Adults – TechCMS”

    The main aim of our project is to develop and deliver an innovative Virtual Career Guidance and Learning Centre and an on-line Self-Assessment Tool, in order to enhance the capacity of careers workers, through training, to provide CMS guidance to individuals and empower the latter’s CMS through the use of technology.     In this context we are conducting a research into trends on the field of Career Management Skills and the needs and gaps of Career Management Skills in specific target groups.

    The outputs of our research will provide the needed information for the development of intellectual outputs that will improve skills’ intelligence and information for better career choices.
