      "We don't recognise that model number. Please check you have the correct number."

      If your model isn't recognised it will be for one of two reasons.

      1. You're adding the model number incorrectly, please make sure that you have followed the instructions above.
      2. It is possible we do not support your product. Please refer to your product manual where the manufacturer’s details should be listed. If you do not have your manual, please contact the original retailer, as they will be able to provide the necessary contact information. Please note that there are many different manufacturers of each brand of machine.

  • When will I get my refund cheque?

  • Under normal circumstances when we have to refund money to you for a faulty machine a cheque is issued within 30 days of receipt of the completed warranty form.

    However, due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation, it is taking longer than we would like to process refund cheques.

    Please be assured that we are monitoring the situation and will endeavour to process your cheque as soon as we are able to.

  • We try to ensure a wide range of parts is stocked at all times. However, sometimes demand outweighs the volume of stock we have.

    If a part is currently out of stock on our website, it will be on backorder (unless otherwise stated).

    We are unable to provide an arrival date, due to delivery dates varying and changing on a regular basis.

    As soon as the part is back in stock it will be made available on our website for purchase.
