If your model isn't recognised it will be for one of two reasons.

Under normal circumstances when we have to refund money to you for a faulty machine a cheque is issued within 30 days of receipt of the completed warranty form.
However, due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation, it is taking longer than we would like to process refund cheques.
