1. Fill out application completely and submit to Howren Music. Online applications are processed Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. Any applications submitted after 5pm or on the weekend or holiday will be processed on the next business day.
2. A Howren Music representative will call you during regular business hours (M-F 9am to 5pm) to confirm receipt of your rental application, collect additional need information & answer any questions. Payment for the first month's rent and any supplies ordered will be processed at this time.
3. After we speak with you, a personalized Rental Agreement will be emailed to you via DocuSign for your e-signature.
4. Once the signed Rental Agreement is returned via Docusign email, your instrument and supplies will be prepared for pick up or delivery.
