Zoom Basic License
Unlimited Zoom Basic licenses are now available at no charge for our CME members, local churches, Presiding Elder’s Districts and Episcopal Districts! The Christian Methodist Episcopal Church can now provide these unlimited Basic accounts. Sign up here to request a free license.

A Zoom Basic account provides a user a free license (not a paid license account). A basic user can host meetings with up to 100 participants. If 3 or more participants join, the meeting will time out after 40 minutes. Basic accounts cannot utilize user and account add-ons such as large meeting, webinar, or conference room connector. You must purchase a Zoom Business Pro account.

Note: We will notify connectional members when additional Zoom Business Pro Plan accounts become available.

How To Request a Free Basic Zoom License

Please review the following information carefully before submitting a request for a Zoom license!

1.    All requests will be verified to ensure compliance with our partnership agreement.

2.    Each license allows you to have unlimited meetings and up to 100 participants.

3.   CIT will assign a Zoom Basic license after you fill out the form. Look for an email about Product Specification, how to download, and getting started information, and an email from cit@thecmechurch.org .
