Please complete this form if you would like to submit Girl Scout program credits to be transferred to a code that can be use to make merchandise purchases from GirlScoutShop.com.

Please note that this code cannot be used towards in-person purchases at Girl Scouts River Valleys Shop locations and cannot be used for camp, event or membership purchases.

Girl Scouts River Valleys recommends the request is submitted 30 days prior to the expiration date of program credits. The original expiration date of converted credits applies to the GSUSA online code. Due to their nature, Juliette Program Credits (JPCs) converted to a GSUSA online code will have an expiration date. The current processing time in which you will receive your code is two weeks.
