Here are the activities in our departments:
Content Writing Team-Writes captions for our Facebook and Instagram posts, Articles, content for our new Voicing Youth Headlines (the new series started), makes email drafts and sends them, writes collaboration messages and broadcast messages for other organisations and/or people.
Public Relations Team- Markets our organisation, gets other organisations on board with us, posts daily stories, makes reels (stars in them), helps to bring about the outreach, influences those around them.
Project Management Team-Comes up with more ideas, Comes up with news headlines or matters, essentially, takes matters in their hands when it comes to groundwork and execution, plans out the minutest details, makes a layout of what we plan on doing, checks on the collaboration ideas and how to execute them, takes interviews of new volunteers who join us.
Social media and Creatives Team-Records reels (along with PR team), designs stories, comes up with ideas on how to level up our social media, will help us start a Facebook account too, design other important details, make bulk certificates, assists in creative content creation for a new website etc.
Lastly, all we expect from you is dedication, loyalty and completion of the given work in time so that we can do our bit to contribute to the society in the best possible way. Consequently, leave the fun and enjoyment aspect on us!
(PS. If you'd like to be a part not permanently, but work part-time, we also recognise interns who have the willingness to participate in our initiative, with the minimum time period of two months. If you're interested to intern, just mention that you'd like to and your time period in the ice-breaker zoom meeting that we invite you to—once we confirm your form and acknowledge your interest in being a part of Voicing Youth :))
You'll also be rewarded a certification/recommendation letter at the end of the stipulated period if you contribute your bit wholeheartedly!
