Withdrawal: Please select this option when you feel that you can no longer continue in your current programme of studies with NTC. Please contact to the Registrar or Academic Dean prior to completing a withdrawal request.
Suspension of Study: Students may request a break in studies for a minimum of 1 semester and a maximum of 1 year (12 months). This is only permitted where there are mitigating circumstances.
Resumption of Study: This is a request to resume studies after a period of suspension. Where students have been on suspension for health reasons, there is a process in place to assess 'fitness to study' before resumption is approved. This is to ensure a students are in a position to continue studies safely.
Change of Programme: Students should select this option to move from one programme pathway to another (eg. BA (Hons) in Theology to BA (Hons) in Theology (Practical Theology)), or to change programmes within the same level (eg. Diploma to BA).
Change of Mode: This selection is for students to move from full time to part time or vice versa. Students on the MA (Part time) can use this option to request a move to the MA (Open Learning).
