Each rental has different requirments for utilities. Many of our rentals require residents to pay for all utilities.

Please reference your lease and understand which uilitlities will be your responsiblity. If you are obligated to pay for a service (water, power, gas, trash) you must activate service to be turned on in your name, on or before the lease commencement day. Please provide your new account numbers where requested below.

Failure to activate services in your name will delay your move in.

Should all required utiilites not be trasnfered with an effective date on or before your move in date, your move in will be rescheduled. No refunds will be provided for late move ins as a result of residents failure to complete this process and provide account information, as required within your lease.

Renters Insurance:

All Residents are required to carry renters insurance with $100,000 liability coverage, and BELL Properties as additional insured.

We partner with e-Premium insurance to streamline the move in and insurance process. Please proceed to ePREMIUM insurance, to purchase a policy or upload your policy from other provider.

Why 100k coverage? Renters insurance covers your personal belongings as well as accidental property damage (like kitchen fire) which would otherwise be tenant's financial responsibilty. Renters insurance is an affordable option to ensure your property is covered in case of loss, as well as protect yourself from legal liabilty. We recommend utilizing ePremium as they provide our required level of coverages, however if you may use other insurance providers. It's vital to ensure your policy provides the required level of coverage for all perils mandated in your lease. Ensure you provide us the renters insurance coverage, with the mandated level of coverage, to be sure your move in proceeds without delay.
