Bernedoodle.do guarantees that, to the best of our knowledge, your puppy is in good health at the time of purchase. To qualify for this 1-Year Health Guarantee, the following conditions must be met:
Veterinary Examination Requirement
• The buyer must schedule and complete a wellness exam with a licensed veterinarian within 7 days of receiving the puppy.
• A stool sample should be provided at this initial exam.
• If any health concerns arise from this examination, the buyer must notify Bernedoodle.do immediately.
• If the buyer fails to have the puppy examined within 7 days, this guarantee is considered void, and the buyer accepts the puppy as healthy at the time of transfer.
Puppy Health & Transition
• Puppies may experience temporary stress-related symptoms (such as diarrhea) due to environmental changes. This is common and typically resolves with proper care.
• A veterinarian can perform a stool test if symptoms persist to determine if any treatment is necessary.
• The buyer continues feeding TLC Whole Life Pet Food as the puppy’s primary diet.
• The buyer is responsible for keeping the puppy away from public places (such as parks, pet stores, and beaches) until at least 16 weeks of age or after all vaccinations are completed to avoid exposure to contagious diseases.
Refund & Replacement Policy
• If, within 7 days of receiving the puppy, a licensed veterinarian determines the puppy has a life-threatening illness or disease, the buyer may return the puppy for a full refund of the purchase price.
• This refund policy is void if the puppy is not examined by a veterinarian within the required 7-day period.
• Bernedoodle.do is not responsible for veterinary expenses incurred by the buyer.
Genetic Health Guarantee
• Bernedoodle.do guarantees the puppy is free of hereditary life-threatening defects to the best of our knowledge.
• Our puppies come with a one-year guarantee against genetic conditions such as hip dysplasia, organ failure, or other debilitating diseases affecting the dog’s quality of life.
• If a genetic condition is diagnosed, a written diagnosis, lab test results, and X-rays from a licensed veterinarian are required for review.
• If verified, Bernedoodle.do offers the choice of a replacement puppy or a refund of the purchase price.
Limitations & Exclusions
The health guarantee does not cover:
• Non-life-threatening conditions such as allergies, mild skin conditions, occasional seizures, or diabetes.
• Cancers, parasite infestations, or health issues caused by environmental factors.
• Genetic diseases for which the parents have not been tested.
• Conditions resulting from improper care, including poor diet, obesity, overexertion, neglect, or accidental injuries.
• Any puppy that has been resold or rehomed—this guarantee is valid only for the original buyer.
Spay/Neuter Requirement
• Our puppies are sold as companion dogs, not for breeding.
• If the puppy is not spayed or neutered between 12-18 months, this guarantee becomes null and void.
• Proof of spay/neuter from a licensed veterinarian is required to claim any guarantee benefits.
No Guarantee on Certain Characteristics
While we strive to provide estimates on your puppy’s future traits, we cannot guarantee:
• Size, weight, coat color, coat type, shedding, hypoallergenic qualities, or temperament once the puppy is fully grown.
Our Commitment

We welcome updates and photos, and we encourage buyers to share any achievements, such as completing service or therapy dog training. By purchasing a puppy from Bernedoodle.do, the buyer agrees to these terms and conditions.
