Service Includes;

- Lawn Friends - Animals or Gnome (# of pieces depends on size of the animal) & an A-Frame Sign Pricing starts at $70 with upgrades available. Melanie's Lawn Friends are available within North Bay city limits with no extra cost. If you require the service out of town, additional fees may be required. All signs and lawn friends are set up in the morning before the intended recipient wakes up. Pick up is between 5-6pm

Distinguishing Marks - When it's early it's hard to see the numbers on homes. Please include for example :Vehicle in driveway (make and model)
When it's early, its sometimes hard to see addresses numbers on homes. Please include distinguishing marks to ensure we set up at the correct spot. Ex.. Red brick home with large tree in yard.
Upgrade the sign to a Mini Card Sign
When you upgrade to a mini Card Display this will REPLACE the regular A frame sign that comes with the Lawn friends. Cost for upgrade is $30. name and age is added to the mini. Also available for other occasions such as Grad, Baby, welcome.
