ACSI Certification
The Teacher at RCS #20 states, "New teachers agree to apply for an ACSI teaching certificate by October 1. Once this certificate has been received, the teacher agrees to keep it current and upgrade its status as required by ACSI. Any exception to this policy must be approved by the Superintendent. A certified copy is to be kept in the teacher’s personnel file."
The Teacher at RCS #21 states, "Teachers agree to maintain the ACSI teaching certificate and California teaching credential (if applicable). It is the teacher’s professional responsibility to understand and complete renewal requirements well ahead of the expiration date. Failure to renew credentials and certificates will result in a reduction of compensation until certified copies are provided to the District Office."
