A biosketch must be provided for a presentation to be considered for continuing education credits. Only the presenting authors are required to provide a biosketch. A biosketch is not required for co-authors who are not presenting. If more than one biosketch is needed for a single abstract, then the submitting author is responsible for obtaining and including those of their coauthor’s. Additional text boxes are provided for this.
Each biosketch (200 words max) must begin with the presenter's name and contain information that addresses all four elements: 1) Education (including school and degree), 2) Current employment, 3) Relevant training, 4) Relevant experience. The biosketch should not include previous publications, presentations, and awards.
