These helpful techniques are presented in an exciting way with a small learning curve guaranteed to benefit all music makers no matter what you are using!

        • Payments are processed through PayPal.  You may pay using an existing PayPal account, or any major credit card / debit card.

        • Terms and Conditions:

          Upon submitting your form you will receive an automatic confirmation sent to your email address.  This email will give you specific instructions on how to prepare for your session before your session date as this is key for a successful session. Please read all instructions carefully. If you do not receive your confirmation please check all spam email settings and storage.

          There are no refunds for all session bookings.  You are able to reschedule any sessions only 48hrs before your session date and time. No exceptions. (This does not include free gifted sessions, only paid sessions) To do this use the email address listed below by sending your name used to book your session, the date and time of your session booking, your contact phone number and also the PayPal transaction number found on your PayPal receipt. A representative will assist you in rescheduling your session. (Please allow time for a response. If you do not qualify for rescheduling or you have passed the 48 hour deadline you may not receive a response due insufficient time for processing and your session will proceed as initially scheduled.)  

          EDITING OF PREVIOUSLY SUBMITTED BOOKINGS DO NOT QUALIFY FOR RESCHEDULING.  ALL RESCHEDULING MUST BE APPROVED THROUGH CUSTOMER SERVICE USING THE EMAIL ADDRESS PROVIDED BELOW. 

          All sessions take place on eastern standard time via Skype.  You are responsible for calculating your own time zone and equally responsible for keeping track of any dates and times booked.  Please be aware of your own time zone before submitting your form. Any discrepancies must be handled via email within a 6 month time period from session booking date for records to be researched and addressed.

          IMPORTANT NOTICE: Due to unforseen circumstances, sessions may be canceled by PurpleWorld Ent abruptly without notice.  Sessions sheduled for some major holidays may be postphoned.  If this should occur you will be notified as soon as possible by a representative with instructions on how to resume a free session booking.
