Communities, businesses, and families are facing a host of uncertainties in the months ahead. In our work with small businesses, we see a particular need for helping businesses pivot product lines or sales models to place them on surer footing to weather this storm.
Consider this grant if your business needs a website or materials for diversifying your product line. Funds could also be used to hire a consultant to help you develop a new social media marketing plan, or invest in supplies or infrastructure that allows you to operate your business during the pandemic.
We are prioritizing applications that focus on innovative business models or new products and services to build resilient systems in the changing world.
Before you get started, here is a bit more about the application and process:
Confidentiality: All information you provide to Island Institute is confidential, and will be not shared with outside parties unless consent is given to do so.
After the application is submitted: A member of our team will contact you right away to learn more about your project.
Don’t worry: Sometimes there is additional information we need to evaluate your application, that's OK! We can discuss this on the intro call. The most important thing is starting the conversation so we can better understand how to help!
If you would prefer to chat before jumping into the application or have questions about whether your project qualifies please contact Craig Olson.
